The AUDAC CELO8S High-End Ceiling Subwoofer is engineered for installations where powerful bass performance is required without introducing visually intrusive loudspeakers or conventional floor-standing subwoofers.

At the heart of the CELO8S is a lightweight yet rigid 8-inch aluminium membrane driver. Combined with its open-back construction, this design delivers natural and energetic low-frequency reproduction while helping minimize unwanted ceiling vibrations.

The CELO8S offers a frequency response of 45 Hz – 200 Hz (±3 dB), with an extended frequency range down to 32 Hz (-10 dB). This gives music systems greater depth and impact while allowing accompanying ceiling or surface-mount satellite speakers to concentrate on the higher frequencies.

Integrated Stereo Crossover

One of the key advantages of the CELO8S is its built-in passive stereo crossover at 200 Hz.

Satellite speakers can be connected through the subwoofer, simplifying the creation of a full-range audio system. This intelligent design can reduce the amount of cabling and amplifier channels required compared with systems using separate active processing and dedicated amplification.
