MIPRO AD-708 4-Channel UHF Antenna Divider with Automatic Signal Loss Detection
Product Introduction
The MIPRO AD-708 4-Channel UHF Antenna Divider is a professional wideband antenna distribution system designed for multi-channel wireless microphone installations. Operating across the UHF 470–850 MHz frequency range, the AD-708 distributes antenna signals efficiently to multiple wireless receivers while helping maintain stable and consistent RF performance.
When used with the MIPRO MPB-30 gain-controllable antenna booster, the AD-708 can automatically detect RF signal loss caused by long antenna cable runs and precisely control the booster gain to compensate for the loss. This intelligent approach helps prevent excessive amplification and reduces the risk of intermodulation caused by unnecessarily high booster gain.
It is an ideal antenna management solution for auditoriums, houses of worship, universities, conference halls, theatres, hotels, event venues, broadcast facilities and professional wireless microphone rack systems.
Product Description
Large wireless microphone systems often require antennas to be positioned away from the receiver rack for better RF coverage. However, longer coaxial antenna cables introduce signal loss, which can reduce wireless microphone reception reliability.
The MIPRO AD-708 Active Antenna Divider is designed to simplify this problem.
Instead of requiring installers to manually calculate antenna cable loss and determine the appropriate booster gain, the AD-708 can work together with the MPB-30 antenna booster to detect cable signal loss and automatically provide the appropriate compensation.
Bright LED indicators provide clear information about antenna cable signal loss and booster compensation status, making system setup, troubleshooting and maintenance easier for installers and system operators.
The AD-708 provides two sets of 1-to-4 active divider outputs, allowing antenna signals to be distributed to multiple compatible wireless microphone receivers. It also provides two sets of 1-to-1 active outputs for additional antenna system expansion and configuration.
With its standard 1U rack-mount design, wide UHF frequency coverage and professional RF specifications, the AD-708 is particularly suitable for permanent multi-channel wireless microphone installations.

What Problem Does the MIPRO AD-708 Solve?
Problem 1: Too Many Antennas in a Multi-Channel Wireless System
Installing separate antennas for every wireless microphone receiver can result in a complicated rack installation with excessive cabling.
Solution:
The AD-708 distributes one pair of antenna signals to multiple compatible receivers, helping create a cleaner and more professionally organised wireless microphone rack.
Problem 2: RF Signal Loss from Long Antenna Cables
Long coaxial antenna cables introduce RF attenuation. The longer the antenna cable, the greater the potential signal loss before the RF signal reaches the receiver.
Solution:
The AD-708 automatically detects antenna cable signal loss and, when paired with the MPB-30, controls the booster to provide appropriate compensation.
Problem 3: Too Much Antenna Booster Gain
Simply increasing booster gain is not always the correct solution. Excessive RF amplification can overload the antenna distribution system and increase the possibility of unwanted intermodulation.
Solution:
Instead of applying unnecessary fixed high gain, the AD-708 and MPB-30 combination provides more precise gain compensation according to the detected cable loss.
Problem 4: Complicated RF System Setup
Professional wireless systems normally require installers to consider cable type, cable length, attenuation and booster gain.
Solution:
The AD-708 simplifies installation through automatic signal-loss detection and LED status indication, helping technicians configure and troubleshoot antenna systems more efficiently.

Why Choose the MIPRO AD-708?
For installations using multiple wireless microphone receivers, good RF management is just as important as choosing the microphones themselves.
The MIPRO AD-708 provides a professional way to distribute antenna signals while addressing one of the most common problems in remote antenna installations — RF loss caused by long coaxial cable runs.
Its ability to work with the MPB-30 gain-controllable antenna booster makes it particularly useful for larger venues where antennas may need to be installed far away from the wireless receiver rack.
The result is a cleaner installation, easier RF system management and more reliable wireless microphone reception.
